Weekly Classes Booking Form

If you would like to book a class, please complete the simple form below.

We require a £20 deposit per child to secure the place.

This can be paid by credit or debit card or alternatively complete the form online and send a cheque payable to ‘allsorts’ to our office address including your child’s name and contact telephone number.

Once we receive the form we will contact you.

The first session is treated as a free trial class so the deposit will be refunded in full if your child doesn’t continue after the first session.

To guarantee a place, early booking is recommended as class sizes are strictly limited.

Applications are dealt with on a first come, first served basis.
