Terms & Conditions
Things you need to know before booking
To book a Drama Party, Weekly Class, Holiday Workshop or Bespoke Drama please complete the simple form online and we will contact you to confirm the details. Alternatively please call us to book over the phone.
For parties a non refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the party booking and the remaining 50% is payable on the day.
Holiday Workshops must be paid in full and once payment has been made no refunds can be given.
For Weekly classes your child may attend a free trial class. We require a £20 deposit to secure the place but this will be refunded in full if your child doesn’t continue after the first session.
If they would like to continue we require the remaining term fee by the next session. The fee will be calculated accordingly, deducting the free trial class and the deposit.
If we don’t receive the fee by the next class and have not been able to make contact with you we will then offer the place to another child on the waiting list.
Fees can be paid by credit/ debit card, cash or cheque made payable to allsorts.
Younger siblings always receive a 20% discount.
If we are unable to offer a place we will put your child’s name on our waiting list and let you know as soon as one becomes available.
We keep our class numbers smaller than a lot of other drama schools so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Once your child has a place we will send you an email or letter after half term to request the subsequent terms fee which are due by the end of term.
If we don’t receive the fee by the last session and have been unable to make contact with you, we will offer your child’s place to another on the waiting list.
Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds once payment has been made for the term.
We always hold our classes in the safe and secure environment of a school.
If you have arranged for your child to be collected by another individual please let us know before the class.
Please ensure that you are on time to collect your child.
If an emergency arises while your child is with us, we will make every effort to contact you on the telephone numbers you have provided.
If we cannot reach you and your child requires urgent medical treatment, we will give our consent on your behalf if delay in treatment may endanger your child’s health or safety in the opinion of a doctor or hospital.
We accept children on the assumption that they are in good health and it is your responsibility to let us know if they have a medical complaint or any medical history.
Drinks and snacks are provided at most of our classes so we need to know about any allergies as well.
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage arising from errors or omissions on the booking form whether completed by you or by another person in charge of your child at the time of completion.
We do not accept liability for death or personal injury to any child attending allsorts or any activity related to allsorts whether organised by allsorts or otherwise save to the extent that such death or injury be caused by the negligence or default of any member of our staff or other default on our part.
We do not accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to, personal property belonging to you or your child irrespective of whether such possessions might be used by you or the child for the purposes of any allsorts activity save to the extent that such loss or damage shall be caused by the negligence or default of any member of our staff or any other default on our part.
